It had been a long time since we had paid attention to the GCPdot, but in the global meditation on April 30, 2021 there was a very special atmosphere and we were curious to see if that was reflected in the state of the happy little button ... and it was. In fact, one of the largest deviations observed in all the time that I have been doing these experiments.

Synchronicity and the flow of energies

Does a long time practitioner in Yijing develop a skill to better perceive what Carl Jung called the signs of synchronicity?

My point of view differs a bit from the traditional I Ching scholar; I am the author of a different version (I Ching of the Wanderers - I Ching de los Caminantes) that is based on the same principles of synchronicity but that accentuates the importance of one's sensibility to correctly perceive reality.

One should always be attentive to the signs of synchronicity but also to something called "the flow of energies." What we often call "synchronicity" is nothing more than the natural evolution of energetic currents, for example, when it passes from the chaotic to the ordered state, or from the ordered state to the mutant state.

In the chaotic state, things happen in a disconnected way; in the ordered state, things happen in a way that is strongly dependent on each other - as in a machine - and in the third form, the mutant, things happen fluidly, which is then called "synchronicity".

Therefore, if we are attentive to the flow of energies, we will also be observing what Jung called "synchronicity", because such an event is only one of the manifestations of the mutant state.

The observation of the fragments

We are constituted by multiple planes. To perceive this fact is the simple way; not looking at it directly is the complex way.

All world events affect those planes separately.

The look that contemplates everything: the planes and the impacts, lacks entity and therefore, lacks fragmentation.

If we think about the fragmented reality, we increase the fragmentation, but if there is that empty look on the fragmented then there is unity, totality, although the observed fragments continue to exist.

The question is, why do we give so much importance to the human being as an individual?
That is, of course it has its importance, but parallel to the real existence of people, of each one, there is also an impersonal movement of the total human mind.

In the specific case of the K schools, there is concern for each student, of course, but perhaps the other action that the teaching has is lost and sometimes not very noticeable when we look at this or that person, but rather it acts on the total human consciousness.
K asked this question several times to people from Ojai, from Rishi, from Brockwood: what was coming out of the schools?
Answers have never been very encouraging but the schools are still there. If it were for the concrete result of enlightened people, then the schools would have to be closed already. But they are not only for that, they have another meaning not centered on people as such, but a broader one.

K said schools would have to be there by the time "that genius child" came. That is, it is a matter of time that one day a being with all the ingredients for the school to give an appropriate framework for his flowering, but that is not what is expected of the thousands of students who will pass by.
Apart from this expectation function of the "genius child" is also that the small changes that occur in each person affect the total of humanity. A person can have in his life only a moment of clarity. A glorious half hour in which he looked deeply, and that's all; that has been the meaning of his life.

But that dies with the individual? No, that acts on the whole human mind, even if in a very small way. Every understanding, expansion of perception affects everything. Not only to the human being but to all the life of the Earth. As the Buddha said:

"When the Blessed One became enlightened, all beings on Earth were also enlightened"

Then we have this second not-so-visible purpose of the schools, a non-spectacular sense, a quiet work in the depths of the human mind. Hence the great importance of schools and study centers.

I am a Spanish speaker, with Piedmontese and Catalan ancestry currently living in Barcelona, and our opinion reflects exactly the facts about Catalan and Piemontèis. But behind this phenomenon there is a problem that has to do with nationalism. In Catalonia, the language is driven - in addition to the interest of maintaining the language itself - for political reasons: separatism. Catalonia has a long history of conflicts with Castile, while Piedmont had exactly the opposite role: to unify Italy. The Piemontèis is becoming the language of the elderly; the new generations speak basically in Italian, while in Catalonia one can see the new generations of African or Latin American immigrants speaking Catalan everyday.

Both Catalan and Piedmontese reflect the great power that schools have; in Piedmont, children have been italianized and in Catalonia they have been catalanized.

In addition to the above, due to the European Union and the global weight of the English-speaking countries, all of them are also beginning a process of integrating English gradually more and more, which causes an "internationalization" that has the potential to sweep away regional and national identities (luckily !!! This continent is characterized by causing some major nationalist wars)

Then there are very different attitudes among the young Piedmontese and Catalans: the former are imbued with the spirit of unification, while the latter (always speaking only of the hard Catalan speaking sector) have a segregationist spirit against Spain and everything Spanish… and also - although it is difficult for the Catalans to recognize this - by definition this nationalist spirit is also anti-European.

The experience I had in Piedmont and Catalonia is colored by this fact. To speak Piedmontese in Piedmont is greeted with surprise and joy, but not as necessary; while speaking Catalan in Catalonia has become quite a political statement and is forced by public institutions.

Mutation is timeless and belongs to time simultaneously

Understanding is always instantaneous, but each flash then needs a time to "settle" in the whole being. That is not instantaneous.

A good example was given by Krishnamurti with the case of getting rid of habits - it takes 3 days: one day to observe what happens to one, another day to others ... etc.

While the essentials are instantaneous sparks of observation, those sparks cause an effect on the entire system that takes time to manifest.

And the same happens globally; the people who mutated thanks to the teaching of K are few, its effect is discreet and it is not yet noticeable, but little by little humanity is being affected.

So we have that perception affects material level simultaneously instantaneously and gradually.

Originally the I Ching was written as a book about divination in general, later versions were written oriented towards the social and military. 

Obviously, language and visions of the I Ching are located in the circumstances of thousands of years ago; so, what is really important is to learn the energetic meanings of bigrams and trigrams, because that's where everything else comes from.

Buddha Gautama's prediction that Maitreya would come when the Buddhism taught by him would no longer exist, has been fulfilled with the advent of Jiddu Krishnamurti.

The teachings of Krishnamurti are the blossoming of Buddhism. Gautama also predicted that his doctrine would be subject to degeneration, but not so the Buddhism that would be taught by Maitreya.

But while this is the main factor (the continuity and perfection of the teachings of the Buddha) there are others: the story of Krishnamurti is perfect from every point of view, going through the esoteric, scientific and astrological.

And also as it happened with the teachings of the Buddha, it will probably take about 200 years before there is an explosion of Krishnamurti's teachings.

Waking up

I dreamed that I was under a wonderful sky, that the planets shone in a celestial sky.
When I woke up I went out onto the terrace and saw that there was, indeed, the sky dreamed a few minutes earlier: the waning moon floating in the middle of Mars, Venus and Mercury, and the dawn bursting behind the mountains.

The explainers of Krishnamurti

The issue is as follows:
There are already many analyzes of the teachings of Krishnamurti. There are whole books explaining it. Someone even once said that there was already a "K literary movement" in which many authors deal with explaining the teachings to others, something against which K warned a lot.

For me, each and every one of these analyzes are harmful because inevitably the teachings are filtered and distorted by the author's conditionings.

There are very few people in whom meditations arise and can amplify the shock wave of the teachings (so to speak), but such people never focus on K's personality or take the teaching itself as an object of analysis; rather, these meditations (as with K) are directed to the understanding of reality, of life.

That is, the person who lives the teachings is not going to deal with the logical dissection of what K has said; instead, it will direct its empty gaze towards reality and something that is not himself will be expressed.

First bloom

By 2011 I made several attempts to plant "silk floss" (Ceiba speciosa) in our land of San Marcos Sierra, but the low temperatures of the area proved to be deadly unless the trunks and branches were protected in the winter nights.

Once the trunk reaches a diameter close to 10 cm the tree seems to withstand the cold by itself.

Too often the understanding of Krishnamurti's teaching is much like the understanding of scientific facts.

When you study astronomy or zoology, you do not do that seeking to improve yourself "as a person"; You do it impersonally, without expecting results that affect you because you simply want to understand the facts of the universe.

But when we face the investigation of the facts of the human mind it seems that we become disoriented and we are already in the stream of "if I understand this, that will make me a better person."

It is a completely irrational leap and obstructs research. In fact, because there is a deviant interest, an inclination to see certain facts and not others, all inquiry ends.

When we speak from the intellect there is a recognizable atmosphere. There is a rhythm, a poetry (say) different than when we speak from meditative states.

That is, one does not transmit only words; instead, we also transmit the state from which these words arise.

Just another "shoddy Krishnamurti" more. This time, even more dangerous

It is curious the liking that false teachers have about
placing flowers near them, when they are lying.

I think that Jeff Foster is even more dangerous than Tolle in the sense that (more shrewdly than Tolle) has avoided several points that could typecasting him as K's "interpreter":

• There is no way to know how he makes money out of this, except for his books. He does not charge - as does Tolle - even to witness the recordings of his videos.
• Adopts a position of "we are friends, I am not a guru" avoiding the stage with flowers like Tolle.
• He does not mention K in the sense that he is someone who exposes his teachings; however, many things he says, K said it years before.

I think that this introduction on his website can largely define Foster's message:
"I do not see myself as a spiritual or self-help guru, or even a 'teacher', really, although some people like to call me that. I see myself rather as a loving friend, who simply reminds you of what, deep down, you have always known: that there is nothing wrong with you ... and that you are loved beyond words, always, just as you are, in this moment ... " 

Wow. Hard to find anything more contrary to what K has said. The question is: why do people associate Foster with something similar to Krishnamurti's teachings? Just because they feel good when are close to him, or because he's good-looking, or because he's a Cambridge astrophysicist?

Because if we refer to his words, he is proclaiming the deepest acceptance of the "Me" that can be expressed by the most threatening New Age guru I can know about.

Regarding that tree that you say is as beautiful as any other Castilian, of course, is what I am saying.

I say that beauty is a mystery because it is something that is wandering around the world. Maybe the day before, or a month before, that same tree, that same perspective would not have been extraordinary. But one morning you go through the same place you've been through hundreds of times, and suddenly you realize that there is something else, a beauty that was not before. It can last for hours or days, but then, inevitably, it will also go away.
The beautiful are the outer forms, which remain, plus a mysterious special grace, which comes and goes with light or with wind or for inconceivable reasons.
This is much more visible to performance artists, who know perfectly well that they can play 100 times a theatre play but that the magic will only occur in a few of those times. And so are the painters and even the writers.
I believe that true artists are, essentially, hunters not so much of the apparent but of that stealthy grace.

It makes me feel strange to post Trump on my profile, but I'm trying to decipher this case so singular from many points of view, especially the astrological.
His extreme astrological uranianity, which certainly was not reflected in a spiritual search - far from it - has perhaps been reflected in his stark vision of reality and the enormous capacity to communicate it directly to the masses, both being also Uranian qualities.
He has been a showman throughout his life and still is.

What he says is a very simple truth, something that we speak loosely in meetings and forums: we all know that our countries (I mean Latin Americans, Africans, Muslims, etc.) are corrupt and year after year they appear in the highest of the corruption index of http://www.transparency.org/

But if we speak to the people of those countries, while they may accept that "we have corruption", they will never accept that this is the primary cause of their chaos; on the contrary, the culprits will always be the developed countries "because they steal all our resources", "because they want to sink us", etc etc etc.

That is, they happily put the label "thief and oppressor country" to Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Canada, New Zealand, Finland, Holland, Australia, Japan, South Korea, France, Germany, Israel (and the list continues, obviously ending in UK and USA. Of course)

With this result I wonder what made the half vote for Trump, what part of HC people does not like, I was in California a few months ago and many people who voted for Obama now voted for DT. It seemed aberrant and thought what is this? What has changed now? What is there that we do not know about? What makes this result half and half? We live in Argentina where the same thing happened, a country divided ideologically. I wonder if the world is not becoming polarized.

In Europe the process is even more visible. 
Social networks are an essential part of this process: for example, during the campaign of Trump the brexiters were on their side while the european socialists militated alongside Hillary (even the ex-candidate of the PSOE traveled to USA to support her ... the poor guy must be ...) 

I think what is happening is that the two great minds that lead the world, the chaotic mind and the ordered mind, are increasingly being strengthened through social networks. But they are strengthened in an unexpected way: instead of an increasing knowledge of the other mind allowing a rapprochement, what is occurring is a full-blown confrontation. 

People with a predominance of chaos pile up in the nets and shoot at people with a predominance of order, who in turn do the same. 
And this matter of minds is not easy ... of course there are economic issues, etc., but for me the essential thing is the fact that the human being is moving through the polarization between the instinctive-oriented thinking, on the one hand (the "orderly" mind) and emotion-oriented thinking on the other (the "chaotic" mind) 

Meanwhile, on a massive level, the great mind that could solve all things, the sensitive-perceptive mind, sleeps the angel's dream.I hope so many weird terms are not confusing for you ;)

Well, it's long to talk, but it's not that difficult to understand.
In short, it would look like this:

1.  there are some hard facts about the world situation that educated-democratic-humanist leaders do not want to see, or do not even want to name.
2. As this is prolonged over time, people feel unrepresented by the picture that is painted by politically correct leaders until finally ....
3. comes a jerk and says: "the king is naked!"

 And voila! In truth, it is not so difficult.
The hard thing is to look at those hard facts directly in the face, and that is something that an important percentage of the population resists to do.
The thugs are not really necessary. What is necessary is that educated-well-intentioned-resistant-to-looking-at-the-harsh-reality people end up seeing that harsh reality as it is.
